Fernwood Fuels is a major supplier of solid fuels to Coal Merchants throughout the UK, offering a full range of fuels sourced from both British and overseas producers and manufacturers. We also supply fuel to power generators and local authorities and have the expertise, contacts and requisite handling and storage facilities to service the biofuels requirements of UK power generators.
The company operates from its 17-acre site at Watnall (near Nottingham) and from the Group's 40-acre site in Hull, with substantial storage facilities being available at both sites.
We are fully committed to handling your product with care, consideration, accountability, expertise, and attention to detail; to ensure this, our coal importing, screening, and blending operations are conducted using our own men and plant equipment at both sites. Our commitment to the quality of service we provide is further demonstrated by our fuel analysis protocol being conducted on a regular basis to ensure quality of product.
